02.Booking and Payment

All ticket bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes and booking fees unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed at the time of booking. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent to the contact details provided; please keep it for reference and entry purposes.

03.Show and Seating

Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless a specific seat selection option is chosen during booking. The theater reserves the right to change the schedule, screen, or format of a show due to operational or technical reasons. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you as early as possible.

04.Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, available on this website. No refunds will be provided for no-show or late arrivals. The theater reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is late past the advertised start time.

05.Code of Conduct

We expect all patrons to behave respectfully towards staff and fellow guests. Outside food and beverages, firearms, recording equipment, and any items that may disturb other viewers are strictly prohibited inside the auditorium. Management reserves the right to remove any patron violating these rules without refund.
