Cancellation Policy

01.Cancellation Window

Tickets may be cancelled up to a minimum of 2 hours before the scheduled show start time. Please note that cancellation may not be available for certain special screenings, festivals, or promotional events, as indicated at the time of booking.

02.Refund Process

Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of booking. A convenience fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing charges, where applicable. Refunds are normally initiated shortly after the cancellation is confirmed.

03.Processing Time

Once a cancellation is approved, the refund may take up to 3–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact our support team.

04.Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals past the movie start time, or voluntary non-attendance. Once a show has begun, tickets are not eligible for cancellation or refund, except in cases of technical failure of the show.

05.Failure of Show

If a show is cancelled by Magic Frames Theaters due to technical failure, force majeure, or any other reason within our control, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. You will be notified through the contact details provided at the time of booking.
